Using this site
This site lets you browse public Peyton Wholesale inventory, view approved feedback, send a text request, join a future text-alert list, and submit a review. Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, submit misleading information, impersonate anyone, or attempt to access protected administrative tools.
Inventory and availability
Product pages are invitations to ask for information, not automatic purchase contracts. Prices, descriptions, quantities, condition, pickup, and shipping options should be confirmed directly with Peyton Wholesale before a transaction. Items may sell, end, or become private before the site updates. Preview items are clearly labeled and are not real offers.
Text messages
Product and request buttons open your device’s messaging app with a draft; you decide whether to send it. A separate text-alert program is not active in preview mode. If launched, its stated consent, frequency, opt-out, and carrier-charge terms will apply.
Reviews
You must submit honest content that you have the right to share. Website reviews are moderated and may be edited for obvious formatting issues, approved, rejected, or deleted. Archived seller feedback is labeled as imported public-profile feedback and keeps its original sentiment. Peyton Wholesale may remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, private, or misleading content.
Third-party services
Hosting, data storage, authentication, and future messaging may rely on third-party providers. Their availability and terms can change. Administrative metadata is not part of the public storefront.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Peyton Wholesale does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every displayed detail is error-free. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited. If a problem arises, please contact Peyton Wholesale at (720) 683-0181 so it can be addressed directly.
Owner review
These terms are a practical launch draft, not legal advice. The owner should have them reviewed for the business, products, shipping model, location, and text-message program before relying on them publicly.
